Is it really Thanksgiving week?

Time has flown. Here I am in bed trying to figure out how it's almost December. What happened to May, June, July, August, September, October, AND November? Short answer: Max. Long answers: my sister got married (so time disappeared quickly before that), I'm more sleep deprived than ever (so sometimes I'm a zombie and not sure if it's day or night), I started my artwork again (another time evaporator), Marcus's schedule doesn't revolve around a normal week (so we don't have "weekends" to frame our weeks, just mostly time on and sporadic time off), and don't they say time flies when you're having fun?

Time has also stood still. It's hard to believe that Marcus and I haven't been married even two years yet. We definitely have been having fun and have loved being married to each other. Well, minus MONTH 1, as we refer to it. We won't go into that, let's just say other than lengthy Month 1, time has moved like sweet molasses. Crystallized in the best way. I feel like we have been married for eternity and celebrating Thanksgiving with my Moss family at the farm is something we've done forever together. I love our family traditions as new as they may be. They seem to make the young years together last longer.

Marcus will be home from the rig on Wednesday and then we'll drive up to our cousins' place in Tennessee. Over the weekend we'll drive down to Natchez to see the Eyrich side of our family and spend a few days resting with them. Hopefully time will hurry up for Marcus to come home and then it can slow down again for the rest of the week. There is so much to be thankful for this year so I'm praying for extra time for extra thanksgiving! :)
